Belgian commemorative war medal 1914-1918 WW1

This bronze medal depicts a soldier with helmet adorned with laurels. 1914 and 1918 etched on the bottom corners. The reverse has "Medaille commemorative/de la campagne 1914 1918 herdenkingsmedaille/ van den veldtocht" (commemorative medal of the 1914/1918 campaign). This example differs in that it holds a french palm adorned with 'A' for Albert the first, denoting the recipient was mentioned in french dispatches.
